Residents, please note the following rules related to parking within the community:
- Each Townhome has two deeded parking spots to be used as the owner sees fit
- There are guest parking spots. These spots are not to be used by owners, or for long term parking.
- Guest Parking spaces have a 2 HOUR time limit. NOTE: This 2 hour limit is cumulative per townhome per day, not per car.
- Parking in the road portion of the community will results in an immediate tow.
- Street Parking is available on Chenango Road. If long term guest parking is needed, street parking must be used. Follow all applicable parking signs to avoid being towed by the city. The HOA assumes no responsibility for cars towed while parked on the street.
Any Violation of these rules could result in a car being towed. Towing for the community is provided by
